The fat lady hasn't even started to sing. In fact, she's not even out on the stage yet.

Web sites have been jumping from #1 to out of sight and then back to #1 again almost hourly for the last two days.

So far, all of my #1 rankings for this site have held, but I'm not breaking out the champagne yet.

My advice: Don't get too happy (or too unhappy) about your rankings for the next few days. And by all means, don't go making any changes yet.

To save a lot of wear and tear on your nerves, maybe you shouldn't even check your rankings for a few days.

I'll be posting an article about the changes as soon as Google settles down a bit. Here's one insight: It does look like Google is making more use of stemming, (plurals, ing, ed, etc.)
