Right now Yahoo is offering to list your site without your having to pay the usual $299 fee, but they may discontinue this at anytime. Here's the link to their free listing page:

Don't miss this opportunity. Yahoo can bring you a lot of traffic.

Yahoo's bot is not as good as Google's yet at spidering and finding all of the pages within your site. Therefore, I recommend that you submit all of your really important pages in your site to Yahoo even though they say to only submit your Home page.
