Use keyword phrases in the text of your internal links (the links between pages on your own site) and Yahoo will rank your website high. The good news is that Yahoo likes this and Google doesn't dislike it. In fact, Google likes it some, just not as much as Yahoo does.

In other words, it will help you with Yahoo and it won't hurt you with Google.

The more internal pages you have the better. Yahoo and Google both like a site with a LOT of pages.

Don't just link to "HOME" link to "Home of Blue Widgets>"

Add at least one new page to your website every week.

Bottom line: Make sure your internal pages are using keyword-rich phrases in the text of links between pages.
