Every website should have a Press Release page. This is a great place to blow your own horn and add a lot of good keyword-rich content for the search engines.

Google loves sites with a lot of content and every page you add to your site will be another link back to your Home page and it will increase your PageRank slightly.

You might be surprised at how many visitors view my Press Release every day.

By the way, for all the same reasons, be sure to include a "Glossary" page to your website also.
