Many members have told me they find exercise such as bike riding to be a great way to relax and unwind -- it even helps them do a better job of SEO after an exercise break.

The most popular bikes I hear about people riding are the

Folding Bike, Mountain Bike, Road Bike, Triathlon Bike, Hybrid Bikes., Racing Bike, Electric Bike.

You may want to get exercise in ways other their riding a bicycle, but bike riding is one of my most enjoyable forms of exercise.

Believe it or not, but you can even get a lot of exercise playing games with a Wii.
